Lofts Unlimited, a divison of Urban Bay Properties, has been the Bay Area’s leader in the sale of new and resale lofts since 1992. Its primary goal is to provide quality real estate services to clients that consistently meets and exceeds their expectations of professional loft marketing, brokerage and consulting services.

Lofts Unlimited was the first -- and is still the largest -- real estate company in the Bay Area to specialize in lofts. The company has successfully negotiated the sale of thousands of lofts in San Francisco, Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, San Rafael and Sonoma.

Lofts Unlimited became a division of Urban Bay Properties in 2004 to offer its clients a wide range of real estate services for all urban-style property, including condominiums and single family homes. Learn more about Urban Bay Properties here.

Lofts Unlimited was co-founded by Ray Kaliski, a native San Franciscan who started in real estate in 1968. He has owned his own brokerage firm and has been a residential and commercial developer in the East Bay and Atlanta, GA.

The Lofts Unlimited website was one of the first real estate sites in San Francisco, and is today the central source of information on loft sales and rentals for buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and cooperating real estate agents.
