Born and educated in South Africa, Marlene Leverette has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1967.

Marlene has owned and operated home furnishings and interior design retail businesses. She has also managed a property management company in Berkeley. This experience was excellent preparation for her career in real estate.

Since entering real estate sales in 1984, she has been helping people find what they want, what they need, and what makes them happy. Marlene’s professional touch means doing things on schedule without pushing or rushing, but with sustained energy and enthusiasm. Assisting people in making quality decisions comes naturally to Marlene. She handles the details of every transaction professionally, confidentially and with sensitivity to your needs.

Marlene’s clients include not only buyers and sellers of single family dwellings but investors of residential income property in Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, and Oakland.

When Marlene is not selling real estate she can be found hiking forgotten trails with her dog, Lola, or on the tennis courts playing both socially and competitively. She has three adult children. Her son, Scott, and she teamed up in 2005 and their partnership benefits their clients with their diverse experience and skills.
