Toni Kalpakoff is a buyer’s agent who specializes in the South Beach, SOMA, Rincon Hill, Twin Peaks, Noe Valley and Diamond Heights neighborhoods of San Francisco. She is currently an owner at One Rincon Hill.
As the result of her extensive experience in these neighborhoods, she has discovered that most buyers in the market have never bought or sold a home. She is dedicated to listening closely to their needs. Buying or selling can be an intensely emotional decision with important financial consideration. Therefore, Toni believes in making the process as transparent as the client prefers, explaining each step of the process so there are no surprises along the way.
Toni genuinely enjoys helping people market and buy real estate. Her central philosophy is that knowledge is power, and by sharing information with her clients, they feel more in control of the transaction.

Work Experience
Prior to working as a real estate agent, Toni was a tax auditor with the Franchise Tax Board. In addition to auditing individuals, corporations and multi-corporations, she prepared and presented seminars to escrow companies and Realtors and taught them how to comply with the new real estate withholding law.
Personal History
A California native, Toni has lived in San Francisco for 14 years. She is currently completing a degree in Business with an emphasis in Construction Management. She and her husband of 21 years, Steve, are raising their son Kyle, who attended St. Brendan Catholic School and is currently attending St. Ignatius.
