Rockridge was a quaint neighborhood nestled at the foot of the Oakland Hills. Over the past decade Rockridge has been discovered as a unique, diverse community. Many of the beautiful, original homes remain well-preserved, attracting dramatic appreciation of Rockridge real estate.
The central shopping district of Rockridge runs along College Avenue near the BART station at Shafter. It is a culinary delight. Nearby are superb restaurants, like Oliveto, Water Lounge , La Farine, À Côté, Citron and the famous Zachary’s Pizza. If you’re looking for coffee or sweets, try Cole Coffee (formerly Royal Coffee) and Bittersweet (even Dryers corporate offices are nearby!).
